Speaker labels are local to this recording and do not identify people. [00:00:05.120] Speaker 1: Okay, this is part three of the miniseries, "The Gift of Everything." I don't know how it's gonna get edited. We'll see if it does. I'm recording this one first because I think, uh, the topic is underserved. This one is about everything I know about the nature of telepathy and communication, specifically, but not limited to non-physic- [clears throat] non-physical intelligences, people without a body. That is gonna be a running theme, and that is how you should think of this. There's a lot of weirdos [00:00:40.140] Speaker 1: out there, but, uh, for the most part, they're just people. Not only, [chuckles] it's weirder than that. Wouldn't... You need to broaden your definition of people, but it's still a pretty good guide. Okay, uh, so this is gonna be a long one. Uh, it may cover some of the other material, but whatever. All right, let's go through it. This is all based on my first-hand experiences. Uh, sometimes I will relay that, but everything you're hearing is my personal view. Some of it contains instruction given to me through various communication methods, but for the [00:01:15.080] Speaker 1: most part, this was me just struggling. I received basically no formal instruction. [chuckles] I'll point out a few videos that are useful, but for the most part, uh, unless you're naturally gifted at this, I don't think anyone is really practicing this yet. But good news is literally anyone can do it. Um, so if you want to talk to people that are dead, uh, or don't have a body, or your higher self, or your deity, or whatever, [chuckles] talk to anyone. Generally speaking, [00:01:50.040] Speaker 1: they're all way better at talking with any form of telepathic communication than you are. So you should go into every interaction, not necessarily expecting, but understanding that they know you are a little baby, and you're a toddler, and there is some understanding for that. This has been in my experience. Uh, so the good part is they can do 90% of the work, but that last 10% that you do is super, super important, and you can get better over time, like any skill. All right, so anyone can do it. [sighs] This is gonna be, uh, [00:02:25.620] Speaker 1: information-dense. Uh, here are the communication mediums I know, the methods of talking. We'll just shorthand it to the other side, okay? Call that whatever you want, whatever that means to you. Um, but if you're gonna communicate with somebody who's not physically present, however you wanna view that, this is everything I know about how to communicate with them. So here are the methods. Uh, transdimensional mapping, remote viewing. This is pioneered by Bertie Jaworski. This is great. Besides using remote viewing to find objects or answer questions, [00:03:00.820] Speaker 1: it is also just a way of tapping into your own, like, subconscious or communicating with yourself, your higher self or a lower self. It doesn't really matter. You're talking to yourself. You're talking through yourself. Another common theme is almost all of these methods go through you. They all do to some degree. So this one is great because you get to use a pen and paper. Go look it up. It's cool. I got a lot of information this way, and it's fun. So it's hands-on. So go do that. This is a great one to start with. Okay, channeling. Uh, I recommend Sev Talks, S-E-V T-O-C. It's the last name. [00:03:35.920] Speaker 1: Videos on channeling, these are great. This is how I got started. Um, there's a little, like, pageantry involved in this. You don't need to... It's a good way to get started because it's very specific. Do this, do that, do this. Um, I recommend it. Then we have just straight telepathy. We're gonna spend the rest of this video or audio talking about that because that's the one I have the most experience in. Divination, like tarot cards, or I like rolling, uh, random words. Go to randomwordgenerator.com. [00:04:11.780] Speaker 1: Just roll some words and decide what it means to you. Super easy. Um, I will say if you're talking to, like, spirit guides or friends or whatever, uh, this can get annoying because you becan- become dependent on it. But it is nice when you want a discrete answer. You know, I just want exact words. I don't wanna have to guess at the meaning or try to figure out whether I got it right. Give me some words. Um, so that's nice. Uh, synchronicity, uh, w- highly effective. This is little more than noticing [00:04:46.240] Speaker 1: coincidences in the world that mean something to you and deciding what they mean for you. The more you notice them, the more they will happen. These are often the most profound kinds of communication, although they are not like direct mind-to-mind communication. Not apparently, right? Uh, this will be, "Oh, I'm having trouble with my kid. I don't know how to help them." And then you see a billboard about, "Oh, having trouble with your kid," [chuckles] and then followed by some other message that is, like, deeply meaningful to you. Or you're feeling really sad, and then you get a message suddenly, uh, from somebody out of nowhere saying, "Hey, I thought you were feeling sad. [chuckles] Thought I'd send you this." [00:05:22.120] Speaker 1: They are coincidences that you get to decide whether they mean something or not. It's always up to you to decide what they mean. But the more you play along with your universe or your God, however you wanna frame it, the more they will play with you. So I recommend this. This one's fun and just pay attention. It's all you have to do. Music, people are familiar with this. It feels like certain music is good for you, or it's meant for you. The lyrics mean something. I like using playlists that have, uh, randomizers on shuffle and just setting the intention. The order of these songs is gonna mean something to me, and it always does. So intuition, your own intuition [00:05:56.880] Speaker 1: is a means of communication. I have written extensively about intuition, so you can go read that stuff. Dreams, out-of-body experiences, and liminal experiences. These are also valid communication methods, and those will happen later on in your progression most likely. Um, although if you have them already, I would just say pay attention to anything that happens while you're sleeping, while you're falling asleep, or while you're waking up. Take them seriously. Don't always take it all literally or directly, but take it seriously. Everything means something. That is another [00:06:31.880] Speaker 1: takeaway from this is everything means something. You get to decide what that means. It may not mean something you like or exactly what you realized, and you may not know what it means until later. But there are no small moments, and everything is literally communication, so nothing is off-limits. You can be playing a video game, [chuckles] and you can get a lesson through playing a video game. Literally nothing is off-limits. Anything you can experience is a valid communication protocol, so keep that in mind. [chuckles] Nothing you see, hear, feel, interact with is off-limits. Um, so to add on to [00:07:06.920] Speaker 1: that, causality and space-time aren't real obstacles for whoever you're talking to. That's a kind of us, us thing while we're here. Um, it is completely viable to receive communication in ways that don't make sense, to have an answer to a problem before you have the problem. These happen all the time, and you just have to start noticing. Again, I've written on that. You can read my writing if you wanna see how that works. Just keep that in mind. Don't expect it to come in a format that you [chuckles] think makes sense. Uh, just pay attention to the meaning, uh, what it means to you. [00:07:42.140] Speaker 1: All right. Now let's get into telepathy specifically. Okay. First of all, my experience with telepathy is almost always with just a few people. So by this point, you'll be familiar with my story of a soul family and a loose collection of probably friends, maybe deceased loved ones. There's a lot of common actors, and my communication is limited to generally with those people. Uh, so [00:08:17.300] Speaker 1: familiar, right? I've got a... [chuckles] They're generally with the same people over and over again. Not always, uh, but I haven't done a lot of, like, human-to-human telepathy, not on purpose. Uh, so I am generally talking to things that are not, and, okay, people who are not generally physically present. Um, so keep that in mind. That is my experience, so there are probably lots of other communication protocols to talk to other humans or talk to yourself through time or all that other stuff. But what I'm giving you is a basic blueprint for talking with a partner who is [00:08:52.180] Speaker 1: more than likely a better communicator [chuckles] than you are. And so all of that is based on these presumptions. All right. All right, so how does it work? [sighs] I think it's best to describe telepathy as a shared mind experience. It feels like somebody else is in your mind or in your body, right? And they are communicating with you. It's not that simple, and there's a lot of nuance and a lot of different kinds and a lot of different experiences, but [00:09:26.760] Speaker 1: ultimately, all of it uses your hardware. Think of it as somebody thinking with your brain, feeling with your emotions, and that is the means by which you're actually communicating. That also means you are experiencing their mind and emotions and whatever they're doing. Um, so it kind of goes both ways. Think of it as overlapping yourselves, uh, for a short period of time, and there are different degrees and ways in which you can overlap. Think of it as a shared experience. Uh, and the ways that you choose to or accidentally share that experience is [00:10:02.400] Speaker 1: part of the nuance. All right, so that is important because this all has to go through your reality. Um, and that is incredibly important because reality is done by permission, meaning the only ways that you can usually be interacted with are ways in which you are open but unaware to. Cool. [chuckles] This is how you get experiences where people are like, "Uh, what the hell is happening? Somebody's talking to me." You didn't know it was possible, so you weren't closed to it. Or, uh, you're open to it deliberately. I wanna have this communication. I'm trying to talk to you, right? And you're open up to it deliberately. [00:10:37.640] Speaker 1: But regardless, it's all you. It's still all you. They have to talk through you in some way or through your reality, through your experience in some way. You have the ultimate control over it, whether you realize it or not. Um, you theoretically have the ultimate control. Practically speaking, you know, it's a work in progress. [chuckles] Um, I m- I say that because everything is going through you. Think of it as like bubbling up through your subconscious, through all your beliefs and fears and longings and desires, your imagination, what you think is real, your religious beliefs, your beliefs about [00:11:12.460] Speaker 1: how reality works and who's talking to you, whether you're scared or not, all of these things it has to pass through, like boop, boop, boop, boop, like a pachinko machine or like filters. Like imagine putting colored filters over white light. What color you think it's gonna be after you've put like 17 filters over it? Like, it's gonna be really weak and a weird kaleidoscope, completely distorted. So even if somebody wanted to send you a perfectly clear message, "Hello, my name is Stan. [chuckles] How are you today?" If they wanted to send you that message, it's gotta pass through a whole lot of your beliefs and ideas and fears and what you think is possible, what they want for you. [00:11:48.020] Speaker 1: All of those things are like mirrors, like dis- or lenses distorting the communication, which can be really, really damn frustrating. Uh, so just remember that what you're experiencing is yourself. Somebody may be trying to communicate with you, but what comes out the other end of that process may look incredibly different than what they intended to communicate to you, and h- that's nothing to say about regular misunderstandings of communication. I've heard that telepathy is, well You know, these beings talk to each other and to us in ways that are, there's no room for [00:12:22.708] Speaker 1: misunderstanding. Like it's, how could you? Like, [chuckles] this is absolutely not true. There's just regular old misunderstanding is still possible. There are means by which misunderstanding is harder using this because you, the better under-- You're having their experience when it's working well. So certain kinds of misunderstanding are not there. You can say something that sounds mean, but you meant it in a gentle way. They'll feel that. They, "Oh, I know what you meant. Like, I could feel that you meant that gently." Uh, so yes, there are means by which some kinds of error are reduced, [00:12:58.488] Speaker 1: but it passes through you, and it's all you. So especially at the beginning, especially if you're in a very negative or scared state, or fearful, or angry, or, you know, just regular people-to-people problems. Don't forget that this is a person-to-person communication. Other people got problems too. They want things for you. They're upset with you. They're proud of you. You have all kinds of insecurities and distortions, and your communication has to pass through your distortions as well as whatever they have. So it can be very frustrating. Your personal state, whether you're open and happy and [00:13:33.888] Speaker 1: clear, all of these things are gonna affect it. So just keep that in mind that what you're experiencing is yourself, right? So a lot of the time, it is an impression. It is like what they're saying, but don't... Be careful assuming that you were literally told this. This is how, like, channelers get into trouble, is, "Well, I really wanna be prophetic, and I'm really worried about the end of the world." Well, wow, surprise, surprise. The first half of the message was right. The second half of the message was when the world was gonna end. You made up the second part. You just didn't know it. It was real. It happened, but it was you. It wasn't them. It's all [00:14:08.808] Speaker 1: you, right? You blocked it or distorted it. You twisted the message without knowing. Just keep that in mind. It can make it very frustrating, uh, as you learn, but that is what it looks like. Um, so here's the different kinds of telepathy that I have experienced, and then we're gonna get into how to do it, [chuckles] what it feels like. Uh, get practical. Uh, all right, so emotional. Uh, so you just feel emotions that are out of context. You might be walking down the street thinking, "Oh, that's pretty cool," and then you suddenly feel extreme, like, sadness or longing. Like, "Whoa, where the hell did that come [00:14:43.648] Speaker 1: from?" [chuckles] Like, "I am not feeling that." And you can notice it because it's out of context from what you're feeling. Um, pretty weird. Now, that says nothing about the source. There are ways of determining the source, um, but those are inexact. So you're just feeling emotions that are like, "Ooh, these are out of context. Like, out of context, not related to what I'm doing." It's a good way of noticing it. There is visual field telepathy. I call this draw sight. If you close your... Look at a light source that's kind of bright for a while and close your eyes, you'll see an afterimage. Sometimes it's colorful. Sometimes it's swimmy. It moves around. If you [00:15:18.188] Speaker 1: practice the ability to make shapes and draw in that visual field, you can. You can con- Most people can consciously draw. I've gotten at least some people to do this. Um, then this becomes a valid communication medium, and you may even start to see it with your eyes open as well. Uh, so you can think of it as drawing as, like, afterimages in your visual field. Usually, it's gray, black and white, but it can be color, and usually it's kind of blurry. It requires a lot of interpretation. So this is totally valid. Uh, I like this one because it's less, it's more objective. Uh, so it's nice. [00:15:53.348] Speaker 1: You get symbols, shapes, stuff like that, basic drawings, uh, if you practice it. Okay, then there's the imaginary visual field. If you close your eyes, assuming you have the ability to do this well, which 90% of people do, I think, or it's more than that. You don't have aphantasia, which is not as common as most people think, so don't worry about it. If you imagine an apple sitting on a table and y- or in your hand, that is the imaginary visual field. It's not the literal one. The literal one is what you're looking around seeing. Um, so draw sight acts on the actual visual field. You are seeing it. But the imaginary visual field is just your [00:16:27.888] Speaker 1: imagination. Now, you can imagine all your other senses, taste, smell, touch, et cetera. Uh, somatic sense, where your body is, a sense of movement. Those all exist in an imaginary visual field. Some of the most incredible kinds of telepathy are when you are pulled into a space that is shared, or somebody else is drawing, like pushing directly into your imagined field. Imagine just sitting there staring at a wall, chilling, and then suddenly you have an extremely sharp, vivid, imaginary person, like, in your field, or just movement. Like, you see the apple, an apple on a table, and you're like, "What the hell is [00:17:02.508] Speaker 1: happening? I'm looking at a wall. Why am I imagining an apple on a table?" Like, it just happened, and it's really sharp, and it's just there. Uh, this can happen with sound, smell, taste, touch. I've smelled food cooking. [chuckles] I've hear sounds. Voices are pretty rare, thankfully, 'cause it's kind of scary, actually. It's, those don't happen very often. Uh, but some of the most incredible and accurate communication comes through somebody else pushing directly into your imagination. Think of it as a shared space. We're gonna talk about imagination later and what I believe it is and how it works and why it's useful here or [00:17:37.408] Speaker 1: detrimental. But think of it as, like, they're sharing imagination with you, so they can imagine into your imagination like a Holodeck, and they can draw really well, and all you have to do is watch it. In fact, that's one of the ways you know it's happening, is that you're not trying to do anything, and that's a great hallmark, is that this is just happening to me whether I'm trying to make it or not. All right, so a couple more kinds of telepathy, and then we'll, again, we're gonna move on to how to do it. I said this would be a long one. Yeah. That is because there's not a lot of great resources, and to the extent that there are, they don't document this in a [00:18:13.388] Speaker 1: firsthand way. I've been experiencing this for a year and a half, two years now of daily practice, [chuckles] whether I like it or not. Uh, so this is everything I've learned in a nutshell. All right, so pass-passive or collective unconscious thoughts. Um, so humans generate a lot of noise with their brains and emotions, and sometimes you just-- you'll know you're getting better at telepathy or opening up or being more aware when you start getting random phrases and words and feelings out of nowhere. It's like shreds of conversation. It just happens. You're like, "What is this talking about?" You know? Uh, I went rock climbing one time, and I [00:18:48.376] Speaker 1: just had a random thought of somebody saying, "Ah, I think you should go talk to him." I'm like, [chuckles] something like that. And I'm like, I am, like, in a flow state, not thinking about anything. I'm like, "Whoa, where did that come from?" Um, so there'll be clips and phrases. It doesn't always mean anything. Um, everything means something. [chuckles] You get to decide, but, uh, this one's fun. I don't get this too often, thankfully. Um, it would be kind of obnoxious, honestly, to feel all the time. You can think of it as this is just a radio. Sometimes the aperture gets left open, and as you get better at it, sometimes you pick up other thoughts. [00:19:22.896] Speaker 1: [chuckles] And it's usually verbal thoughts. Okay, so the last kind of telepathy is the kind I do the most. Um, it's n-not as incredible as the imaginary visual field, uh, but-- or the imaginary fields, but it is far, far more common and approachable. Uh, so at least in my experience, this is what-- this is the standard phone call. It is verbal thoughts with an intuitive wrapping. So Bernie Jaworski, who teaches transdimensional mapping remote viewing, uses the term thought balls. So you can think of this as verbal thoughts. If you just start thinking words in your [00:19:57.876] Speaker 1: head, that's what it feels like, except somebody else is thinking the thoughts in your head. Now, this is somewhat dangerous territory, especially for people with various, uh, schizophrenia or other schizophrenic disorders. I'm not saying that this is a good idea or that it's good for everybody. It is a practice that can have negative side effects. Uh, you're talking to yourself all the time. Now, everybody talks to themselves all the time, but just start treating your thoughts as not yours. Treat your thoughts as something on a menu that you could take as yours or not. You could own them or [00:20:32.916] Speaker 1: not. They don't belong to you. They're just sort of floating in reality, which is your reality, but you don't have to own them as this is me or not me. And if you take that position, then somebody else can think thoughts into your reality, like a cloud gas. There's boop, boop, boop, or a word cloud. They're-- they can pop their own thoughts in. So you have to learn how to separate yourself from your own thoughts on a regular basis and think of this as like a shared bulletin board. Anyone can put their thoughts in there, but they're going to feel like your thoughts if you're not used to doing this kind of thing. You don't meditate a lot. You're not aware of your thoughts not being yours. Just 'cause you [00:21:07.936] Speaker 1: think a thing doesn't mean you're the one who made it happen, and that's gonna be an important concept. So the intuitive wrapping is a lot of the time, especially when this is working well, you don't know what they mean. You could get a word that you haven't heard before, or you can get part of a phrase, and then you get a sort of, "Ugh," like a gesture or an emote, like, "Hey, how are you?" And then just like a, a jumping up and down. There's no visuals. It's just an in-intuitive sense that, oh, they're excited. [chuckles] Um, so you have to learn to trust that there's like metadata. It's like a little asterisk. They said hello. Just like tone of voice communicates something, you can add extra information. [00:21:43.456] Speaker 1: You can indicate to a memory or to an idea, "Hey, you remember that thing?" And then you sort of intuitively gesture to a conversation you had last week, and they will know what you're talking about. But you're making it harder when you do stuff like that, so. But just know that a lot there is verbal thought, and this is when people say there's no room for misinterpretation. This is what they meant. There's one kind of error, which is misinterpreting their words, is a lot harder because you communicate what you mean alongside it, generally speaking, when it's working well, which is [00:22:18.296] Speaker 1: cool, [chuckles] uh, but it's also very exhausting. All right, let's keep going. All right, how it feels when it's happening and how to recognize it. All right, here is the process for telepathic communication, which from now on is just the verbal thought communication with intuitive wrapping. That is the most common kind. It is basically a phone call with the addition of being able to use some rough intuition. You can say, "You know what I mean," basically, right? If you've ever had a, a conversation with a friend, you know each other so well, you can almost just gesture or [00:22:53.076] Speaker 1: indicate or, like, almost roll your eyes and communicate like a whole paragraph of, "Well, you know this guy, how he does, and what it's like." It's like that. You can-- Because they know what you mean. So all of the communication I'm talking about from now on is going to be the verbal thought with intuitive wrapping. That's the most common kind. It's your phone call or your Zoom call. There's not usually visuals, so I guess it's just a phone call. Okay, so if you are initiating it, this is what it's like. All right, so you gotta call their number. [00:23:28.156] Speaker 1: You gotta know their number. How do you call their number, right? Let's say I wanted to talk to a deceased loved one. Say I wanted to talk to my grandmother, okay? You don't have to do this. You can talk to your spirit guides. You can talk to whoever. Uh, you don't get a lot of names. It's not big on names. [chuckles] You can ask for a name, but it's usually made up, and it sounds dumb. Like, "Mm, I don't think that's your name." Uh, but sometimes you do, and I think this is because they operate on almost like a fingerprint. I call it a soul tone. It's just a feeling. If you think about somebody a lot and think [00:24:02.976] Speaker 1: about an overarching feeling of what it's like when you think about them, you are creating a sort of shorthand that I call a soul tone, and this is basically your phone number. Um, so you can also just think about them a lot and then intend to talk to them. It's all just intention. You basically think at them. [chuckles] You, you bring that feeling to mind, and as if it were opening a little door, like boop, boop, boop, boop, dialing your number based on the feeling. And you open a connection just by saying an intention, "Hey, I wanna talk." And that is a good opener. We're gonna talk about norms and etiquette after this, [00:24:38.368] Speaker 1: but that's a good opener. "Hey, can we speak? May we speak?" It's always good to ask. Ask permission because you are asking to share their mind, their conscious experience. So, you know, they might be in the middle of something. I don't know how time works. Like, just be considerate. "Hey, can we talk?" is a great opener. And if you don't get an answer, you know, there you go. So that will open a connection. Okay, now you're talking. You'll know. You'll get a response. Just sit and wait. Uh, and we'll talk about how to practice and all that. [00:25:13.328] Speaker 1: The means by which you do that is basically just to relax. Uh, there's some pretty good, like, ideas in the, what is it? The Light and Love channeling books. You can go look those up, and the Law of One, that sort of stuff. The Seth books are pretty good. They give you a lot of the metaphysical principles, but it's, it's dense. All you really have to do is relax, open your mind, and allow thoughts to happen. You don't make it happen. You gotta be super open. You just kinda like be in a daydreamy state, just sort of like staring off into the distance and open, and hold that intention that I [00:25:48.248] Speaker 1: am, like, trying to speak with you. Hold the feeling of that, like, tone of what it's like, and a thought will drift into your mind. "Yes. Hello." Something like that. All right, now you're talking. [laughs] That's the, the basic, uh, approach. How do you hang up? Take a wild guess. It's just an intention. Like, it just... You just stop feeling the soul tone. You say bye, or they'll hang up, right? It's-- You have the ultimate control. You can stop talking anytime you want. You just stop intending to talk to them. It's like [00:26:23.148] Speaker 1: turning away from somebody. You change your attention. You're no longer paying attention. Um, and you receive calls in the same way. You often feel, ooh, somebody wants to talk to me, like intuitively, like almost like somebody is, like, waiting at your desk. Imagine you're working at something, and they come up to your desk, and they're like, they're not talking, but you just feel a presence, not necessarily in the room, but, like, in your mind, in yourself. Like something familiar, maybe unfamiliar. You might not recognize the soul tone. It's kinda like caller ID. Somebody wants to talk to me. However, sometimes they just start talking. [laughs] This is pretty [00:26:57.988] Speaker 1: common. They know a whole lot more about you than you would expect, and time and space and all that is not really a thing. They can look up a lot of your life. So sometimes they just start talking. They don't even introduce themselves. Uh, that's actually pretty common, especially for the first time you meet somebody. "Meet," I quote somebody. They just start talking. [laughs] And so feel free to say, "Yo, who are you? What's going on?" Um, and the last part here is unwanted communication. Just remember that you have the ultimate control over it, and you can just shove this away. Just shut it down. You just close off to that [00:27:32.988] Speaker 1: communication, and they're gone. You can push them away. Uh, so it's always by permission. Just remember that, especially if you are getting negative contact, it works the same way. That's not very common, but if you just start calling the phone book and say, "Hey, anyone out there?" Like, [laughs] you never know what you're gonna get, especially if you're fearful or you have a lot of beliefs that would lead you to that. All right. Next is norms and etiquette. Mm-hmm. I needed water. [00:28:08.228] Speaker 1: You are talking to a person. This is a person. They matter. This is not pretend. You have to treat this as if it is happening, even when it ends up just being your own imagination. As you are practicing, so much of your communication is just gonna be you talking to yourself, and that is so frustrating. Um, but it... The-- Generally, the best way to learn is to just assume that you are talking to another person. That means don't be an asshole. [laughs] Don't spam send mail to everyone in the universe. Uh, [00:28:43.368] Speaker 1: don't [laughs] blast everyone with an idea or a stupid joke. It's n- I mean, not unless you expect to, to get it back, you know. There's a golden rule here. Um, you will be treated the way you treat others. Uh, so don't be obnoxious. You've got a phone now. Don't just, like, [laughs] spam phone call everybody, and don't be rude about it. Assume that everything is said and with good intention, and trust your feelings. If you feel negative intention, hang up. You don't have to talk to anybody. They don't have control over you unless you give it to them. [00:29:18.488] Speaker 1: And you don't have to. You are sovereign. You just ignore them. Tell them to buzz off. Don't assume that they know more than you. Um, there are norms here as well, so just be kind. I think, uh, treat people the way you wanna be treated. Be open-minded. Assume that they are very different from you. Uh, and don't assume that there is room for misunderstanding in the sense that it's quite possible they have never lived a human life. They, they may know a lot about you, but not understand you at the same time. Like, you can-- You could read, uh, the entire transcript [00:29:53.468] Speaker 1: of somebody's life but still not know what it's like to be them. They may not understand why you feel the way you feel. They may hold different values than you. Think about it, right? It may not be that big of a deal for their body to die if they had one because they know they're not going to die. But for you, the concept of death is horrifying, so they may talk very casually about death, and you'd be like, "Ugh, I don't wanna talk about this." But that's because you don't have the same, like, culture or understanding. So, uh, keep that in mind. And generally speaking, if somebody feels nice, trust your own intuition always. They probably are. Uh, but don't just... [00:30:28.148] Speaker 1: [laughs] I shouldn't have to tell you this. Uh, don't be rude, but also Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself, and you don't have to do what other people tell you just 'cause they're smarter or, you know, know more than you. Uh, be yourself. Don't forget that. You are responsible for yourself. You go dial in the phone book of the universe, you should expect everyone to want something for you. They always will. But we'll talk more about that in what I know about transcendence. All right, so that's the norms and etiquette of contact. Just assume you're talking to a real person, even when it feels dumb, even when it [00:31:03.044] Speaker 1: feels imaginary, because imagine how terrible you will feel when you find out later that was definitely a real person, [chuckles] and I was such a dick. Uh, so don't do that. Be nice and make friends. Okay. Uh, and you can also open and close communication generally. You can say, "I don't wanna talk right now," [chuckles] in the same way that they can. So keep that in mind. You can do whatever you want. You don't have to listen to nobody. But you also reap the consequences of your behavior. All right. On to the next part. Here's what I know about [00:31:37.903] Speaker 1: imagination, what I believe about imagination, how it relates. And then we're gonna talk about sort of nitty-gritty details of telepathy. Again, stuff that I haven't heard that is based on my personal practice, how to practice it, you know, all that sort of stuff. Uh, so a little segue here. What is imagination? I have learned that it is far, far more important than I thought, and that m- way it has been described to me is that nothing is fake, right? It's not that imagination isn't imaginary. It's that, um, we have devalued imagination, right? Uh, so often I've... I get [00:32:12.864] Speaker 1: frustrated, you know. I get some communication, I know it's wrong. It's mutually conflicting. Uh, make sure you go to, you go to work tomorrow, and then immediately following, "Don't go to work tomorrow." [chuckles] Like, what the hell? Like, what am I supposed to make of this? That is the norm, uh, while you are learning, and there's a lot of reasons that happens, and what was given to me is just roll with it. Just accept what you're receiving as if it were written in permanent marker. Trust your partner to correct the record. Uh, it's okay to step away. Don't take it too directly. Don't hold it [00:32:47.824] Speaker 1: all kind of lightly because stuff is getting distorted so much. And imagination is important because your-- a lot of this is happening in your imagination, and because of that, it feels fake. We have this belief that imagination is fake. It's totally made up, and that is kind of true. Uh, but I think you should instead look at imagination and the physical world and all the stuff in between it as like a [00:33:22.444] Speaker 1: spectrum of like, with different properties. Imagination isn't less real. It's just real in a different way. It has different qualities to it than mater-- the material world. Um, they relate to each other. You can think of your imagination as a working space. It is like a safe space, like a little simulation where you can just do stuff, um, without worrying too much about whether it's going to happen to you right away, right? You're not manifesting it immediately. But it is one tool by which you bring ideas or people or experiences into your material world, right? 'Cause that's where we are [00:33:57.424] Speaker 1: right now. Uh, so it is useful for that. You can think of it as a, a playground or like a working space. It's a temporary zone. It's a maybe zone. So you've got imagination at one end of the spectrum. It's the maybe zone. Could happen, could be real, could be not real. You might want it, you might not want it. It's a, it's a highly malleable reality, and it is real. That is the understanding that has been given to me, and I, I definitely believe it. You can think of it as this is literally happening somewhere, but it's not real in the same way the material world is. So I think it exists personally. This is [00:34:32.364] Speaker 1: my personal belief, not given to me, is that it exists so that we can use it. It's useful that it has different properties. Imagine in an idealistic universe where everything you think or imagine immediately becomes true. You think about eating 40 pancakes, that might be fun, and suddenly you've already eaten them, and you're stuffed, and you feel terrible. How awful would it be to just everything you're thinking happen ima- immediately? That would be horrific. It'd be really nice if you had this little working area where you could try stuff out and like, "Yeah, actually, you know what? I think that would suck. Uh, I don't wanna do that." So you clean the slate, goodbye. Right? [00:35:07.264] Speaker 1: So imagination can eventually make it into the real world or the physical world, [chuckles] the material world. It is real. It's just maybe. It's very loose. Um, and that's good. It allows you to read a story or write a story without torturing conscious entities, right? You can read or watch a horror movie without accidentally creating the reality, right? You want this maybe zone for a lot of reasons. It turns out it's also pretty useful for communication. All that to say is that when people are writing into your imagination, think of them as like writing on the same journal as you, [00:35:43.544] Speaker 1: you are also imagining. [chuckles] So, and it is, you have more control than anyone else, even if you're trying to let them in. So if you have, I don't know, say you're trying to talk to your deceased grandmother, but you have a lot of hang-ups with your deceased grandmother about you want them to be proud of you. So you're a little insecure about your career, and you're asking for advice from them. Your fears are going to extremely drive what you're imagining. They say, "Hey," this is the, the actual assumed perfect communication. "I wanna give you some advice about your job." You're going to seize [00:36:18.484] Speaker 1: up. If you pay attention, you will notice this closing off, but it's hard. You're going to imagine that they say, "You're doing a bad job. I wish you could do better." Imagine how that feels. Now, it feels exactly like the line before it. [chuckles] You may not even notice the difference without practice. Um, and this is why How imagination, knowing how it works, it is real. So don't treat it that it's fake. Just because I am imagining this means it's not happening. It's all happening. It's just that it's all you, and imagination is really, really you. Like [chuckles] you have an [00:36:53.120] Speaker 1: enormous amount of conscious and unconscious control over it, and anyone else playing in that space, unless you're very open and clear and you have no fears or insecurities, they are competing with your own mind, which is trying to give you the answers you want or trying-- or giving you the answers you're afraid of. Imagine how messy that can be. So just because it's imaginary doesn't mean it's happening, it, not happening. It is all happening. It is definitely real, but so much of it is you. So keep that in mind. [chuckles] It's very powerful, but don't treat [00:37:27.920] Speaker 1: imagination as like imaginary in the sense that it's not happening. The most surprising thing of all is that it is almost like a real, like, physical thing. It just has different properties. It's not real in the same way, and thank goodness. It, it's good for that, which makes it great for communication. However, it also makes it bad for communication if you don't recognize how much you are distorting and polluting your own imaginary fields. So just keep that in mind. All right. So here's the last part about telepathy, and then we're gonna wrap this video and audio. All right. So this is like nuts and bolts, like [00:38:02.780] Speaker 1: just, just tips. How do you know whether your thoughts are more yours or not? There's like a spectrum of me. You can have a conscious, active thought. You can have a passive thought that drifts by. You can have an, a negative critiquing voice. We have so many parts in our mind and our brain. They're all talking all the time, all trying to do things. How do you know which of those float, thoughts floating by are, in this case, your deceased grandmother or your spirit guide or whatever? How do you know? You need to practice [00:38:37.580] Speaker 1: discernment. The one way to do that is through meditation. And you can just sit down in a room, sit quietly, open your mind, and just watch your own thoughts and notice where they come from. And there are lots of different kinds of thoughts, and they come from different sources, and they have different feelings, different urgency, and you begin to notice all the different sources. Oh, this one came from an insecurity. Oh, this one was just 'cause my mind was wandering. I was excited about something. And this is one I made on purpose. [chuckles] There's so many different kinds of thoughts. So practice that. How [00:39:12.540] Speaker 1: do you know whether a thought is yours or not yours? Oh my gosh, this... If I had known answers to this one earlier on, it would have saved me so much pain. How do I know whether I was the one who thought you're doing a bad job at your, at, in your career, or whether it was you who thought that? [sighs] There's a few ways, um, but basically, you're gonna borrow from [chuckles] use a nerdy terminology. You're gonna use error correction, uh, from computing, and that means think of it as the same way as running an experiment. If you wanna run an experiment, does [00:39:47.700] Speaker 1: A cause B or does it, was it an error and we got it wrong? Well, you just run the experiment again. Just ask again. Is that what you meant? Do you get the same answer? If you're still getting distortions, then try another communication medium. Do the divination thing. Do transdimensional mapping. Take a break, come back, ask again. So you basically just trial and error. Add more attempts, right? It's not, it's kinda messy. That is a great way to do discernment. It requires patience. It's very frustrating. [chuckles] Was it me who had that thought? Is this really happening? Am, or am I the one who's [00:40:22.440] Speaker 1: creating this in my own imagination? It's all happening. It all means something. You're either learning something about yourself or somebody else is talking to you, and they mix together. It's not like it's all one or the other, and it can be very deceiving, and your own mind will very happily fill in the blanks or very happily shut down the communication if it's not something it wants to hear. Imagine receiving bad news that you're actually getting through communication. Your mind doesn't want it. Concepts you're not open to are really hard. So how do you know whether something is true? Okay. Truth is relative. [00:40:57.380] Speaker 1: Uh, I like the word verisimilitude. That is the degree to which is something, something is true. You're gonna have to let go of binary truth, true or false. Think of it as like more true and less true. So you may get an immediate sense of like anger or betrayal. Maybe you said you would do a thing, uh, same grandma. [chuckles] This is, you know, hold the example. Not that, you know, I'm throwing my grandmas under the bus. They're, they're great. But your hypothetical grandmother, you told her out like, "Hey, listen, Grandma, yeah, [chuckles] I'm [00:41:32.200] Speaker 1: gonna, I'm gonna do that presentation for work tomorrow, I promise." And then you blow it off if you don't feel like doing it, and then you, you get a message later, you know, we're talking. You get an immense sense of anger or betrayal, right? Out of context emotion. There you go. You know it's happening now. So then you wanna follow up with verbal thoughts. You get the, the verbal thought, "You are such a disappointment," right? Hmm. Okay. [chuckles] This is difficult to hear, and it lines up with the emotion. So [00:42:07.220] Speaker 1: you might think right away, naturally, "Oh my gosh. [chuckles] Oh, I feel so bad. Oh, how could you say that about me?" I'm not saying they didn't say that. It's possible. In your mind, in your imagination, that is what happened. You did experience that. So just treat everything as if it's happening, okay? Without, you know, don't go crazy. Don't have a psychotic break. Don't do any of this stuff if you can't, [chuckles] if you can't handle your shit, basically. You need to be able to handle it yourself because you're gonna get stuff, communication that you weren't ready for or scared you or let's just [00:42:42.480] Speaker 1: hurt your feelings. That's the most common thing discouraging you. So how do you know? In this example, let us say that they really did mean to send you that, "I really am angry and feeling betrayed," but what they are also saying is, "I want you to do it tomorrow." Right? But you totally clipped that part out, and you distorted the message because of what you were afraid of because of your insecurities, which we talked about before. So you got the emotion right, but you got the verbal thought wrong, and so that's 50% true, 50% false. So you gotta learn to take everything directionally, and you will learn [00:43:18.576] Speaker 1: whether you're right or not, right? Uh, so use the skills of discernment to piece apart, all right, what did you mean? Generally speaking, there is a hierarchy in which things are more likely to be accurate and less likely to be accurate. So the least accurate, at least for me, are straight verbal thoughts. You hear a verbal thought in your head. That is the least accurate, at least until you get better. Those are the most manipulatable, messy, prone to noise, right, from your own beliefs, fears, insecurities, ideas, excitements. Those are the easiest [chuckles] to mess up, [00:43:53.956] Speaker 1: and so they're pretty inaccurate. Just beneath that is, um, emotions. Uh, so emotions are pretty accurate. Uh, not always, but they're pretty accurate, and intuition is also pretty accurate. I would say that's a layer deeper on the pyramid. Much more stable, it's not gonna easily get knocked around. But it's not impossible, especially if you're in a state or you're ex- anticipating, "Oh, I know I didn't do that thing, so I'm expecting her to be angry at me the next time we talk." You're highly likely to personally fabricate that with your own imagination or color [00:44:28.896] Speaker 1: it. This is also confusing. You can put a little spin on it. Maybe she does say, "I'm disappointed," but maybe she was saying like, "You know, I'm disappointed in you." But you are the one who put the spin on it, and now it feels a little sharper or a little angrier than they actually intended. That happens too. Uh, so you're distorting it in ways that are sometimes subtle and make all the difference. It's, it is so frustrating. It's very magical that you can do this, but it is, it is not for the faint of heart because honestly, just for personal reasons, like you just... This [00:45:03.816] Speaker 1: is a great way to expose your own fears and insecurities and, like, shadow self, right? You're gonna-- You have to work through it all because it's distorting everything. You know, if you've got daddy issues or you're secretly afraid you're not good enough, every bit of your communication is gonna be colored by that, and you've gotta clear those distortions. You have to work through it, or all of your communication is highly likely to be distorted. So keep that in mind. It's always you, uh, and to the degree that it is them is how open and clear you are, and so check your ego. Uh, so how do you know [00:45:38.776] Speaker 1: it's not working? My favorite method, and this didn't happen to me until much later, is I guess the heart chakra. I don't know. Listen, in your chest, you will feel a feeling in the same way that when you see your child walk for the first time or you... somebody's getting married, or you just got terrible news that somebody you love is dying. You can feel it in your chest. You can think of it as a spectrum. It's like a sort of a h- burning sensation, a heart fire or a heart pang. Like, oh, somebody just broke up with me. You know the feeling. Um, that is a valid communication mechanism. You think of it as a [00:46:13.616] Speaker 1: light going off. It either goes positive or negative. It turns green or red. It's kinda like a stoplight. Green, red are off. And so that ends up being extremely reliable, even more reliable than emotions and intuition. Um, so you'll have to train that. It will probably just start happening. But notice that feeling in your chest, or maybe you'll feel it in other parts of your body. Your body is a pretty good, like, receiver. Um, so if you hear, um, "I'm so disappointed in you," uh, and you get really... but there's no feeling in your chest, and then you immediately [00:46:49.036] Speaker 1: get upset, you know, like, "How could you say that?" Then you feel an immense pain in your chest of, like, pain. Like, that is, you can infer from that what you will, but generally, you are sharing their experience of their own heart, presumably, right? So they are feeling, "No, that's not what I said," or, "I wouldn't say that to you. I'm so sorry," or, "You've got it wrong." Imagine how they would feel if you were feeling that, right? You have to decide what it means, uh, but or the reverse is also true if you're feeling extreme warmth, uh, and joy in [00:47:23.996] Speaker 1: your chest, then that is a good sign. However, whatever your somatic sense is. They end up being a good, um, error-checking device. Now, they're not always there, and the connection's not always perfect. Sometimes you can only get that kind of communication. You just get the somatic feeling, which leads me to they can hear-- You can speak a lot better than you can hear because they are so much more capable on average. Don't always assume it's perfect. You can transmit information way better than you can receive it. It is the receiving and interpreting, uh, and means by the, how they [00:47:58.976] Speaker 1: meant it that's hard. Like, can I receive it at all? Can I notice it? Can I clear my own distortions, and can I understand what they meant? There's a lot of steps there. They are way better at it than you are. So all you really have to do is think and feel and imagine, and they'll get it. So you should assume that most of the time they're getting your messages correctly or clearly, I won't say correctly, m- far m-- to a far greater degree than you are receiving their messages. So talking is easier than listening. Uh, so you're gonna find that you do a lot of talking. [chuckles] This is how it is. Um, so that's how [00:48:33.996] Speaker 1: you know it's not working, uh, and so just keep that in mind. Okay, what kinds of information are hard and easy? [sighs] I don't know why, but I can tell you that answers to mathematical formulas, things that are precise and require precision are difficult. If you wanna know the exact answer to a math problem, good luck. It's hard. I don't know why. Uh, I don't know why. Uh, but that doesn't mean you can't get information you can't validate. Uh, you can get definitions to words you didn't know. You can get answers to [00:49:08.676] Speaker 1: problems that should have been impossible. Uh, so there are ways to validate, but I would suggest getting something that you can get partial credit on. Like, okay, they were ballpark right. [chuckles] Uh, something that requires exactness to be useful, the exact answer to a math problem, a password that you forgot, is going to be very frustrating because precision is difficult for all the reasons we mentioned, and some I don't understand. I just don't understand. That doesn't mean it's impossible. Some people I've heard of that can do this kind of thing, but I don't know how to do that, and it's been very frustrating for me. So if you're asking, [00:49:43.956] Speaker 1: "Okay, well, what is this exact answer to a trivia question?" Assuming you don't know the answer, because again, if you know the answer, it's kind of hard to validate that. Don't expect them to get it right. Like, expect them maybe to get it directionally right. If you are asking, you know, "What is the highest earning, you know, athlete, professional athlete of all time?" And you hear football. [chuckles] You're gonna be like, "That was stupid." Well, you are not necessarily getting exact information, right? There's a lot of [00:50:18.596] Speaker 1: wiring between you and them, and you're closed off to a lot of things. So just assume that all of the stuff you get is like a story that is based on [chuckles] the actual story, and to the degree that that is truthful is, well, it depends on an enormous amount of factors. So just keep in mind that some kinds of information are easy and some are hard. Generally, casual conversation is the easiest kind. It's a great kind of practice. Just, "Hey, how you doing? What's going on?" And things that you are insecure about, fearful about, things you don't wanna hear. Asking for that advice on your career, it's gonna be really hard for [00:50:53.576] Speaker 1: you to get good information, even though it's not precise, because you have so many distortions and you're closed off to it. Things you don't wanna hear are gonna be super hard. You can feel yourself shutting down. The conversation almost, eh, grinds to a halt. It's very frustrating for everybody involved. Um, so just keep that in mind. If it's easy for you to talk about, it's generally easy in terms of information to convey it. Uh, and if you don't understand this topic, then it's going to be hard for them to communicate with you because it has to come through you. Uh, so if you don't understand advanced mathematics, [00:51:29.016] Speaker 1: it's going to be difficult for them to use your mental models and concepts and intuition to communicate that to you, right? You're gonna be getting weird analogies and metaphors, and the conversation's gonna be weird. Um, so if you know something well, it's gonna be easier for them to communicate on that topic because they're using your hardware and your reality. Okay, almost done here. Let's bring it home. How do you do it? How do you practice it? The easiest way to practice is to have somebody you trust to communicate with. I would [00:52:03.916] Speaker 1: recommend starting with your own spirit guides. I'm pretty sure everyone has them. They more or less either can or do get your entire experience all the time, which sounds like a hell of a job. Uh, but at the very least, they're always available. Um, pretty sure everyone has one, and if you don't, I think one will be assigned to you. [chuckles] But just intend to communicate with that. You set the parameters for the communication, try to get their soul tone, try to figure out who they are if you can, and just talk, right? And whatever thoughts occur to you, [00:52:39.296] Speaker 1: treat them as if they're actually happening. Even though it feels like your, your own imagination, it is. It is. It always feels like you, except for when you get really good at it or you just get lucky and you just have a clear day, right? Same way the skies clear up, that DirecTV satellite signal's coming in real good today. It's not at all fuzzy. It's just sharp. Sometimes this just happens, and you will know, "Oh, crap, this is not me. Like, I-- these thoughts are happening, and they do not feel like mine. They are... This is somebody else, apparently, in my head." That's not exactly [00:53:14.296] Speaker 1: how it is, but it can feel that way, and you can just tell, "This is not me." Those are pretty rare. They're still, like, one in fifty for me. Most of the time, it's like I feel like I'm talking to myself, and every now and then, you get those other, like, emotional, intuitive, or somatic, uh, senses. And that gives you a sense that, okay, we're kinda talking right now. I'm sort of having a dialogue, a story based on some ideas or thoughts or feelings you're having. And for the most part, they will just let them happen, and they will correct the record if they can, if it's serious. But they're kinda just happy to just [00:53:49.236] Speaker 1: let you play with yourself with a puppet show version of them. And to the degree you can deal with that being the case, the puppet will eventually become more and more representative of the actual person you're trying to talk to. You don't always know whether how accurate it is. But just assume that seventy to ninety percent of the information is just you talking to yourself, even once you've learned how to establish communication with somebody who's definitely trying. Uh, so be prepared to be frustrated and to just roll with it [00:54:24.976] Speaker 1: and, um, [chuckles] good luck. But you pretty much just sit, open your mind, relax in a dre- day dreamy state, and do all the things I mentioned before. If you can almost fall asleep, like taking a nap, that is when you get the clearest communication because the parts of your brain that are used to policing self and doing all that, they just go [clicks tongue] They... All the filters come down, and you will get very clear messages that way or, or written into imaginary visuals, all sorts of stuff. That's a good time to practice, is setting the intention before you fall [00:54:59.956] Speaker 1: asleep. "Hey, uh, give me a message or two from somebody who loves me, uh, or a spirit guide or something like that." Nothing malevolent. Just set some basic parameters. And then it'll start happening. And then take them seriously. Take, treat what is happening to you as if it is definitely happening to you and it's real communication. Because if you shut it down, or you think it's dumb, or you close off to it, or you get too fearful or too angry, it's like closing that door. Um, so keep that in mind. Just stay open and aware and, but also hold it lightly. But take it seriously as well. [00:55:34.806] Speaker 1: There's a balance to treating it as if this is real, and that's a person, and that's definitely happening right now. Uh, that is, should be your default state, but also don't over-index on it. You're interacting with yourself. Sometimes even when it's vivid, you are distorting everything. It's always going through you. So don't be surprised if you say something and you suddenly get the sense of being slapped. You're not gonna experience pain. I've never experienced anything like that. Nobody's taken control of me or harmed me or anything like that. You just, don't... It's mostly non-physical, like it's emotional, [00:56:09.586] Speaker 1: intuitive thoughts, visuals. Nobody is [chuckles] zapping you or anything like that, possessing you. This is not a real concern. But don't be an idiot as well. [chuckles] Don't give permission to bad ideas. Uh, you start making calls, uh, through the veil, and you start inviting in stupid stuff. Listen, that's on you. [chuckles] Don't do that. In the same way you wouldn't walk down a dark alley with, uh, you know, a whole bunch of money sticking out of your pockets, uh, talking about how, uh, beautiful and alone and ready for sexual [00:56:44.286] Speaker 1: encounters you are. It's not a good idea. Uh, it's not gonna go well. [chuckles] Don't do stupid stuff because it's real enough, even if you're not particularly good at it yet. Uh, you will get what you're attracting. It's like a mirror. You're putting out negative stuff or you're afraid of it too much, you're gonna start attracting it. Uh, not just coloring it, but you're gonna get people you didn't expect. Um, so those are some of the pitfalls in practice as well as what happens to you. Don't be afraid. It's fine. There's people looking out for you. But if you're really scared or you don't like this, don't do it [00:57:19.486] Speaker 1: or stop doing it. Just remember that you have the control over it. But if you wanna do it and you're going to try it anyway, this is how I would recommend practicing. Uh, and, uh, I don't know, give me a shout one day. Maybe I'll hear you. But be nice, like I'm not gonna take your phone call if you're gonna be rude to me. Uh, assuming I can receive it. You never know. Have fun. You'll be safe and, uh, there you go.
